Gulf Real Estate Gorup, LLC was founded to allow the ability and opportunity to provide more individualized services to real estate clients. Gulf Real Estate Group is not encumbered by rigid rules for commissions or listing agreements required by other agencies. The Group works with each client as their requirements dictate, asking for a list of their needs, working toward their goals of buying or selling real estate in a way they're comfortable with.

Greg's residential real estate sales experience focuses on successful negotiation of the sale. His sales have been transacted on a professional level.

Greg is very active in the Fort Walton Beach Chamber of Commerce, and is an active and involved member of the Military Affairs Council. Greg feels our military community is a very important part of our population, a part that contributes significantly to our economy. Greg has invested many years of service to our military community.

Greg gained experience in the Commercial real estate market and with the sale of land tracts for development while associated with the Century 21 and Colwell Banker.
